The surface of things often appears calm or silent, but underneath there are movements, memories, and hidden structures that hold everything together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In this work I used dark green tones and layered vertical strokes to suggest something like a dense forest or a wall of shadow. For me these forms represent time, growth, and the feeling of moving through a place where the past is still present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n At the center I painted a network of pale roots, almost like lightning or veins spreading across the surface. While painting them I imagined the earth breathing quietly below the ground. These roots represent a hidden pulse, the invisible life that supports everything above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The small red and white form in the center appeared during the painting process almost accidentally, but I kept it because it felt like a heart or a seed \u2014 something fragile yet alive. It became the emotional center of the composition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Working with oil and acrylic on wood was important to me. The wooden surface creates a direct connection to nature, and it feels as if the roots in the image are growing out of the material itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The golden frame creates a deliberate contrast.
